Your quote comes first.
We work around your budget and preferences to propose a personalised itinerary. Website information describes possibilities, not a fixed package or a promise that every activity is included.
Travel, activities & other expenses
Your final quote will list the agreed itinerary, local transport and travel arrangements, stays, meals, guiding, activities and any other included expenses. Any exclusions, optional extras and additional charges will be explained with the quote. Please check the inclusions before confirming.
Where transport is included, we coordinate the agreed travel so you don’t have to organise each part yourself. Travel to or from Bir Billing is included only if expressly listed in your final quote.
Payment & confirmation
Payment terms will follow the final agreed quote. We will discuss the amount, payment schedule, any advance and the balance due with you before you confirm. Submitting an enquiry or selecting a callback window does not confirm a booking or appointment.
Changes, cancellation & refunds
Applicable cancellation, change and refund terms will be shared with your final quote before payment. Weather, route access and provider availability may affect the plan. We will discuss any proposed alternatives and associated cost or refund implications with you.
Activities & local conditions
Paragliding, trekking, camping, bonfires and live music depend on conditions, access and provider availability. Follow your guide’s and activity operator’s instructions. The decorative trail and compass are not substitutes for route guidance.
